Frodsham - Maintenance Officer

HOURS: 30 hours per week DEADLINE 1 Jul 24

The Governors, staff and children of Frodsham Primary Academy are looking to appoint an experienced Maintenance Officer to join our school team from July 2024.

This will be a temporary position to cover long term sickness absence, with the possibility of continued employment across the Trust.

Applications are invited from enthusiastic and innovative, experienced site managers or caretakers willing to learn and develop in their role.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join our fantastic team and an ideal chance for the right candidate wishing to develop their skills and learn from others around them.

You will be supported by the Estates Manager within the Trust.

The successful candidate is to undertake efficient maintenance of the building and site, including certain technical and administrative duties to ensure their most effective use.

The role will be a split shift role for 30 hours per week. There may be additional hours at key times.

Kingsway - 2x KS2 Class Teachers

The Governors are seeking to appoint two inspirational, outstanding  Key Stage 2 teachers. All candidates must be highly motivated and committed to the highest standards of pupil achievement and uphold the caring, nurturing ethos of the school.

School Based Teacher Training

TEACHER TRAINING PLACES AVAILABLE

Generate Teaching Hub's Teacher Training programme is an innovative approach to initial teacher training and a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers to ‘learn on the job.’

This is a school-based training programme, accredited by Liverpool Hope University, that allows graduates to become teachers. Successful trainees are awarded PGCE with QTS at the end of the course.

The one year programme consists of 3 placement opportunities, a vast range of training days, enrichment experiences and visits.

Graduate entry requirements include:

  • degree classification 2:1 or above
  • grade C or above in Maths, English and Science
