School Outreach

WPAT is a nationally recognised multi-academy trust that has always championed systems leadership. To that end, we have created the School Outreach Service, designed around key topics that meets the needs of schools.

Our model allows schools and trusts to engage with our specialist leaders and gain practical resources for implementing improvements in their own settings.

We operate under a guiding principle that champions a First Class Education through partnership, innovation, school improvement and accountability. The School Outreach Service is designed to deliver this mission in collaboration with other settings, schools, trusts and colleges.

Our Offer
WPAT provides access to specialist leaders in EYFS and Key Stages 1 and 2 for the following areas:

From our experience as a lead behaviour hub, we have trained leaders who can share the latest evidence based practice on behaviour management for leaders and class teachers.

With multiple schools deploying SEN bases in mainstream settings across the trust, our leaders are available to offer their expertise and insight to assist schools in developing accessible and inclusive provision and practice, behaviour support and pupil progress.

WPAT operates a systems leadership model for curriculum planning, using a common framework, a peer support system and appointing specialists to lead subjects across the trust.

We demonstrate our approach and share our framework for all primary subjects.

With a range of pupil premium levels in our schools - from 20% to 75% - we have developed expertise in setting strategies, reviewing practice, monitoring impact and adapting approaches to meet changing needs.

The support from our early years' experts is flexible and will be a bespoke offer based on the coaching, training or curriculum development required.

Leaders trained in the behaviour hub, early years hub and Covid recovery experts programme are available to support both PVI and school settings.

Our Model

We provide a range of interventions at a graduated level, which can be tailored to another school or trust's needs.

These offers can be designed in a tailor made package of support.
