Emma Sharpe

Emma has been a commercial lawyer for over 20 years, most recently consulting on legal technology, improvements in contracting, governance and sustainability. She also carries out various pro bono roles and projects, including recently helping to draft safeguarding legislation. Prior to working independently, she held various positions in-house with large corporate organisations, as part of the senior leadership in a non-exec capacity and advising in an exec capacity. Before that Emma was in an international private practice. She is particularly interested in supporting organisations and projects in the fields of education, sport and sustainability.BA
