David Littlewood - Vice Chair

David Littlewood spent his active teaching career in primary education, almost exclusively in senior leadership positions, including 20 years as Headteacher. Following retirement, he worked as an education advisor and school improvement partner for a number of different local authorities in the North West, West Midlands and London. In addition to serving as an Ofsted Inspector, he also co-ordinated the development programme for senior school leaders on behalf of the Diocese of Liverpool and the Catholic Archdiocese of Liverpool. Latterly, he supports the Headteacher's performance management at a number of schools and does voluntary work for several organisations. David is an experienced school governor and Chair of Governors, and he is pleased to now contribute to the work of the Trust.
