Justin Collacott (Chair)

Justin is a Manufacturing Excellence Leader with Cargill Starch and Sweeteners UK, leading engineering and operational teams driving productivity improvements. He has worked with educational institutions in developing young engineering skills and is also a STEM Ambassador. He has significant senior management expertise and training in continual improvement techniques and lean manufacturing.

He has developed significant experience in organisational change management and coaching. Justin has previously served on the governing body of his daughters’ primary school, being elected to the position of Parent Governor and has previously been Vice Chairman Young Members Section of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
