Jill Greaves

Jill studied Law at University but then followed a completely different direction in sales and marketing. Although currently on sabbatical leave, Jill's latest role was Sales Controller at well-established food company. She has thirty-three years of commercial management experience in fast-moving consumer goods, covering business planning, budget planning and control, HR management and negotiating at a senior level with businesses in the UK and overseas. She is able to offer an objective point of view on the strategic direction, implementation and accountability of WPAT within the financial constraints of public sector financing.

She was the Chair of Governors at Lunt’s Heath Primary School in Widnes from March 2008 to November 2016. During this time, the school progressed from Satisfactory to Good then Outstanding. Jill was fully involved in two Ofsted inspections.

Jill is objective, non-judgemental and erudite with a passion to ensure that every individual child should be at the centre of all educational establishments’ policy to ensure the best possible outcomes from their school journey.
