I am a sharing views upon the September 2027 admissions for:
Do the published proposed arrangements clearly set out the procedures and criteria for admitting children?
Is the proposed Published Admission Number (PAN) appropriate, and will it adequately serve the demand in the relevant area?
Are the proposed oversubscription criteria reasonable, clear, objective, and procedurally fair?
Do the arrangements ensure that the highest priority is given to looked after children and previously looked after children (including those adopted from state care outside of England)?
Is the proposed definition of 'sibling' clearly stated and appropriate (e.g., does it include step siblings, foster siblings, adopted siblings, and other children living permanently at the same address)?
Are the methods for establishing the child's 'home' address clearly set out, and is the method for measuring distance from home to school clearly defined and reasonable?
Are the criteria defining social and medical need clearly set out, along with the supporting evidence that will be required?
Are the arrangements clear that children are entitled to a full-time place in the September following their fourth birthday, and that parents may defer the admission date (not beyond compulsory school age or the final term of the school year) or request p
Is the process for parents requesting admission outside of the child's normal age group (e.g., for summer-born children) clearly set out, and does the admission authority commit to making decisions in the best interests of the child concerned?
Please describe the capacity in which you have submitted these comments (e.g. as a prospective parent, on behalf of a neighbouring school)
Any other comments (please add if appropriate).

Thank you for taking the time to consider the admission policies.
