Audra Ross is a CIPFA-qualified accountant with a MSc in Management. She has worked in local government for over 30 years, specialising in areas such as accountancy, audits, Building Schools for the Future, training and skills, project and programme management, and stakeholder engagement.
Her current role is managing the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts for both Hard and Soft Facilities Management services for seven secondary/academy schools and one special educational needs school. The total value of the contracts over the lifetime of the PFI is £775m and the role involves ensuring compliance to the contractual arrangement, ensuring value for money and dispute management.
Audra Ross has extensive experience in Local Government Finance, PFI and building management, along with programme and project management. She has also been involved in academy transfers.
